Before you report a streetlight fault
Please wait one hour after sunset (complete darkness) to see if the light comes on. Streetlights have sensors and may turn on at different times depending on their location and how much sunlight they get.
Before you report a streetlight fault
Some lights may flicker briefly when turning on, which is a normal part of their start-up process. If a light continues to flicker or fails to stay on, please report it so we can investigate the issue.
Before you report a streetlight fault
Some streetlights may activate before it is fully dark, which is part of their normal operation. However, if a light remains on during full daylight, it may indicate a fault. In such cases, we encourage you to report it so we can investigate and take any necessary action.
